Teens Conferences
Over the years, Lifetree Kids Teen Conferences have provided a dynamic and engaging week for high school students through the promotion of teen health, leadership, empowerment, and access to community resources. They conferences feature interactive digital workshops, keynotes, educational resources, links to community organizations, and more - all geared towards high school-aged young people from across the state.
Today’s youth are arising to shape the present and futures of their countries. They want to be heard, to be included in decision making debates and to make change. Student’s engagement, social innovation, fostering democracy, youth employment, conflict and sustainable development are amongst the issues that get discussed in Lifetree Kids’ Teen conferences.
The events take place at different venues all over the country, every school holidays, and attracts delegates from all over the region to exchange views, share experiences on different issues, detect common preoccupations and develop realistic action plans to rebuild communities that meet the needs and aspirations of young people. The platform also allows people to voice their ideas and concerns, and make direct suggestions.
