Teen Mentorship Programme

The objective of this programme at Lifetree Kids is to encourage and support mutually beneficial, long-standing relationships between adult role models and children/teens.

Experts in the field of child development, bereavement and child safety have guided Lifetree Kids to build a well-established and highly impactful Mentoring Program that can change the trajectory a child’s life. Mentors offer advice, share life experiences, help young people navigate challenges and have fun!

Our mentors are recruited, screened, trained and managed by a professional internal body to safeguard that every adult is committed to and qualified in playing an active role in the nurturing of a child. We work with families to ensure that both the parent and child are prepared for the commitment to the Mentoring Program. Matches between a mentor and a child are made based on common interests, personality traits and within a reasonable geographic distance. Lifetree Kids identifies and recruits mentors through a variety of professional fields.

Mentors and mentees develop meaningful relationships with the support of Lifetree Kids. The success of a mentoring experience depends on the contributions and commitment of everyone involved in the mentoring relationship; the organization, the parent/guardian, the mentee and the mentor.
